Every day before sleep think about at least 3 qualities that you appreciated that day or appreciate in general about yourself. It's better not only to think about them, but also put them on paper. Further remember 3 experiences of this day which you appreciated, treasured, or it just felt good, nice, gentle, inspiring or anything else uplifting. Even if it was just an air breeze, a music tone or someone else's smile to your smile or just to you 🌞. It can also be of course an achievement that you managed to accomplish, or just general credit for completing everything what you completed that day 💫. Each day there is something happening that it is super easy to find worthy, but people forget quickly about them and discredit themselves because they failed in something else. And then the feeling of failure dominates the end of the day and makes you feel not as energetic and good as you could next day, because from yesterday you sort of remembered that you are a loser or not an achiever and not worthy 🤕. Whereas our focus on even tiny facts of goodness aligns us with the Divine Source, raises our vibration, empowers us, makes us feel better and changes lives for the best 🪄🔮🧙. This practice will make each day worthy for sure! 💖🤗
